Throughout their time at Pre-School children will have their own Key Person – initially to help them settle in, and as a main point of contact for parents. The purpose of the Key Person System is to give us written records of each child’s achievements and development covering all aspects of the curriculum.
Each child has a ‘Record of Achievements’ file which is kept at Pre-School, until the child moves on, when they take it with them.
Parents/carers can have access to their child’s file and are welcome to discuss progress or problems with their Key Person whenever they wish.
